Privacy Policy

Last updated: -08-01

Korvanta AI ("Korvanta," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through this policy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit korvantaai.com or engage our services, how we use it, and the choices and rights available to you.

1. Who We Are

Korvanta AI is a founder-led AI product studio operating on a remote-first basis, primarily serving clients from India. For the purposes of applicable data protection law, Korvanta AI is the data controller for information collected through this website.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. When you submit our contact form, book a call, or email us, we collect your name, email address, company name (if provided), the service you're interested in, and any project details you share with us.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical data when you visit — your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and pages visited. We do not currently run analytics software or set first-party tracking cookies on this site. If that changes, this policy will be updated accordingly before any such tool goes live.

Fonts. This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Loading a font from Google's servers transmits your IP address to Google as part of that request; Google's handling of that data is governed by Google's own privacy policy, not ours.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: respond to your inquiry and schedule discovery calls; understand your project needs and prepare proposals; deliver, maintain and improve the services we provide to clients; and, where you've separately opted in, send occasional updates about our work. We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share information only with:

  • Service providers who process data on our behalf to run this website and business — currently Formspree (contact form delivery) and our hosting provider — each bound to use your data only to provide that service.
  • Government authorities, where required by law, court order or to protect our legal rights.
  • A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of business assets — you would be notified before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain contact-form and inquiry data for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, pursue a potential engagement, and comply with our legal and accounting obligations — typically no longer than 24 months from your last contact with us, unless a signed client agreement requires a longer retention period.

6. Data Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure, including relying on reputable, security-conscious third-party processors. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you're located, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. This includes rights available under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, where applicable.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at korvantaai@gmail.com. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe, and in any event within the period required by applicable law.

8. International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers (such as Formspree) may process data on servers located outside your home country, including in the United States. Where this occurs, we rely on those providers' own compliance safeguards for cross-border data transfer.

9. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are directed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

10. Third-Party Links

Our site links to third-party destinations, including client projects, GitHub repositories and social profiles. We aren't responsible for the privacy practices of those external sites — please review their own policies.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version. Material changes will be highlighted here.

12. Contact Us

Questions about this policy, or requests regarding your personal data, can be sent to korvantaai@gmail.com.
